1.1. To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
  • The request for a return or refund must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Initiating a Return

2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support at sabysboutique@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Include the RMA number on the return package.

3. Shipping and Handling Costs

3.1. If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, Saby will cover the return shipping costs.

3.2. For other reasons, including changes of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Inspection and Processing

4.1. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.

4.2. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

5. Refund Timeframes

5.1. Refunds will be processed promptly, but the exact timeframe may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

6.2. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.

6.3. For damaged or defective items, we will provide a return label or arrange for collection, and a full refund or replacement will be offered.

7. Non-Returnable Items

7.1. The following items may not be eligible for returns:

  • Customized or personalized products unless damaged or defective.
  • Items returned without a valid RMA number.
